“Sleep Mode” overlay in GWC6 WearOS 4

Hi,
If i manually enable the bedtime mode through quick settings, i see a “Sleep Mode” overlay like in the first image.
But if the bedtime mode is synced from the phone, there is no overlay, but the modes are successfully enabled (see second image)

Is there a way to get this overlay? it’s nice to have this to quickly check the time etc during actual bed time :)

Just a follow up comment. the specific activity that needs to be fired up for the overlay, 'after' bedtime mode is enabled is
com.google.android.apps.wearable.settings/com.samsung.android.clockwork.settings.advanced.bedtimemode.StBedtimeModeReservedActivity
So the adb command on that the watch that works, after bedtime mode sync from the phone to the watch is:
adb shell am start -n com.google.android.apps.wearable.settings/com.samsung.android.clockwork.settings.advanced.bedtimemode.StBedtimeModeReservedActivity
the overlay goes away automatically when bedtime is switched off or disabled via sync from home. May i request you to look into to this and add an option for this in your app?

@candiesdoodle I know it's been more than a year since I worked on the project, I just wasn't actively working on this. Back again, currently looking into it, I can get the overlay screen intermittently after implementing the adb command mentioned by you, but I still need to fix the intermittent issue. Thanks for the analysis.
