Change download location

I'm trying to change where my songs get downloaded too. In the config I have root_path and root_podcast_path and despite me changing these with all sorts of formatting it just keeps going to the default music folder. It appears as well from what I've read the config should have music_library, podcast_library and mixed_playlist_library instead of the root_path. I know I'm using the right config file (I believe) because if I format the root_path wrong it doesn't work. All I'm trying to do is change it from downloading music to the default location to a different drive. (I don't mind doing it in the terminal but I don't know how to use the commands that let me change the location.)
