Disable Issues

You should disable Issues for this repository so you're not bombarded with troll messages in your issues.

Looking at when the last troll issues were I think they have passed. My “issue” is more of a suggestion or to help someone who also is having issues in VScode.

I'd hope that if you were using this, you wouldn't need to know how to install a Python virtual environment.
Doug likely won't give users direct support for either of his repositories nor will he be making any further changes (but I am not Doug, I do not speak for him. It is his choice)

It's an "as-it-is" situation; if it works, it works.

As such, there's no reason to need the Issues tab (right now).
