Install using installation script does not work as intended

To Reproduce

1. Create a new debian 13 VM with following specs: 4 CPU, 8GB RAM, 64GB storage
2. Run installation dokploy installation script curl -sSL https://dokploy.com/install.sh | sh
3. Execute docker logs dokploy-traefik

Current vs. Expected behavior

Following previous steps, you would expect a working installation, with traefik.yml being a file filled with the relevant configuration. When it's indeed a directory and installation does not work.

Seems like the root cause lies in the install.sh script and the CURL version used on host.

This part of the script:

            sed 's#.*/tag/##')
        
        # Fallback to latest tag if detection fails

Debian 13 using Curl 8.14.1 => https://github.com/dokploy/dokploy/releases/latest
Macos 26.1 using Curl 8.7.1 => v0.26.7

As tag is not validated in the script, the built docker image path turns to dokploy/dokploy:https://github.com/dokploy/dokploy/releases/latest for Debian 13.

Image path is not valid, so the script skips Dokploy service installation, then Dokploy setup (including handling traefik.yml issue) is never executed.

Doing the following changes on the script fixes this issue, as it adds tag validation:

Would be glad to open a PR to fix this issue, but it seems like the script is not hosted on the repository.

The script is in this repo https://github.com/Dokploy/website, I will move this to there, also I tested on hetzner debian 13 and works fine, very probably is something with proxmox
