FR: show definition of a grammar element as tooltip

[CTRL]+click works nice for "go to definition". It would be nice to have the definition also shown as tooltip when the mouse stays on a grammar element (maybe only if a modifier like [CTRL] or [SHIFT] is pressed). This would be especially useful for the pre-defined sets #2 .

This would be very welcome! I'm redoing in delphi the gold builder, to generate the binary file, if I can, I want to add the builder feature here in this project, but I still have a lot to do before I can say it's possible, I'm excited about work, I already wrote more than 5k of code lines for it
