More Playwright tests

Should be added, for example on /sitemap page we should test whether we can navigate to particular page. The same in /services, among others, e.g., links in legal resources.

link traversal tests like sitemap, services, and legal resources are perfect Playwright smoke coverage because they prove the site is internally connected without needing much setup. i would keep them focused on high value routes and fail fast on broken navigation or unexpected status codes. the trap is trying to assert too much page content after every click. for this kind of suite, proving the destination loaded and the canonical heading is visible usually gives the best signal for the least maintenance.
