Noticed that the ER's are different in the ds summary versus the dht2 output. The dht2 figure seems intuitive I'll look into the ds summary output.
ER in dht2

However, the relation between ER, se.ER and cv.ER makes more sense in the ds model summary
0.01181436/0.04133635 # se.ER/ER
[1] 0.2858104 # cv.ER
The same relationship does not hold in dht2
0.011/0.048 # se.ER/ER
[1] 0.2291667 # cv.ER (reported as 0.237 in the table)
