Describe the bug

Using Horizontal Server List causes the theme and App Icon selection on Appearance -> Theme to display vertically.

To Reproduce

• Enable Horizontal Server List
• Go To User Settings -> Appearance -> Theme

Confirmed, same happens for me. Seems like any UI that lists items horizontally changed to a long vertical list. Same thing with my post about the shop.
