set nick is unavailable for prefix usage

The command does not run at all, maybe its just specifically rbwr, or maybe its globally, but it doesn't work in rbwr, in any channel. The only working thing is slash command.

This command is still listed in -hell set, still tho it doesnt work.

This is due to limitations with the latest update of the poise library we use for command handling, I'll keep this issue open to not forget about it.
