No, it is most likely that the "beta soundboard in text chat" feature was sending a new message type with it's content set to some form of new mention, like how the bot would read out emoji IDs before I added parsing for it.

Hey! I saw this issue about the Beta Soundboard in Text Chat causing an ID to be read out.
