Feature Request: If there is no order available download/print the order confirmation

Hi disane87,

thank you for your tool. I appreciate your work. Unfortunately I could not get it to work on Docker. Later I saw the problem, Amazon sent me some 2FA login codes via mail. I did not activate 2FA.

Anyway, I want to download all my invoices from the last years. Most of the time I have no more invoice, since they apparently get deleted after some years.

So my request is, if that is the case, an option to download/print at least the order confirmation would be great. If you click on the invoice drop down one can select that option.

Also a set-able naming convention for such files would be great like "%yyyy-%mm-%dd_order-id.pdf" for example "2010-01-01_123-1234567-1234567.pdf"
