suspended from X

Just got a notice that ive been permanently suspended from X. the only thing i do is like posts so im guessing they realized i was using Flare somehow and suspended me because of it

Just to clarify, this may not necessarily be caused by Flare. X’s suspension logic is very opaque and sometimes appears almost random. I’ve personally had accounts suspended only a few hours after creation while doing nothing and using nothing but the official X web interface, with no Flare or other client involved.

So while it is possible that X detected some kind of automation/client behavior, simply having used Flare before the suspension does not necessarily mean that using Flare will always lead to a suspension.
