Hiding replies to non-followed accounts

Apologies if I've missed it (new user).

Is there a way to turn off seeing replies made by followed accounts where they are replying to someone you don't follow. In other words I only want to see an account's original posts, and replies to me.

You can turn it off in tab settings-click edit icon-filter
