How to create a reference with updated IMGT information?

Several have asked, but I have seen no answer.

I would like to create a GRCh38 reference that contains the latest IMGT HLA information (release 3.59.0). It seems that the 8 HLA haplotypes also need to be included?

Can you give us some guidance on how we might create this new reference?

HLA-LA is a wonderful tool - it will give us even better data with an updated reference.
