Previous releases required Python 3.10, which caused many problems. Most severely, our largest and most complex dependency, PyQt5 has very poor support for 3.10 and caused significant installation difficulties for many users. This should be alleviated in this new release when installed on Python 3.7. Note that users with Apple M1 chips may still be required to run neoscore within Rosetta as described here.
This release also fixed a minor bug where arrow keys could still scroll the viewport when automatic viewport interaction was disabled.
