Strategy for ingesting and diff'ing updates to AWOL index

In first instance, Gabby to initiate discussion with ISAW and AWOL to learn what procedures they have in place or considered for controlling version history in AWOL and AWOL Index.

We then discuss whether some semi-automated, periodical dump of new data can be executed, to be hand-checked by ICS librarians, e.g. once a year or so.
