Instead of spinning container for processing each video, switch to the approach that is like this:

In that approach, we poll the queue where the notification of upload of new video comes, then we can pull videos from the s3 bucket and inside the same container, we can process the videos.
Instead of having a seperate worker polling and spiinning the instances.
