WPF Dock Layout Manager - Use Services That Implement the IDocumentManagerService Interface

Our MVVM Framework includes the following services that implement the IDocumentManagerService interface:

1. DockingDocumentUIService
2. FrameDocumentUIService
3. TabbedDocumentUIService
4. WindowedDocumentUIService
5. TabbedWindowDocumentUIService
