Theme: OLED Dark mode

Hello maintainers,

I think it would be great to have a dark mode that can take advantage of OLED. A true dark mode per say.

Created a quick theme (based off the current dark theme), screenshots below.

Before I go into finessing this theme further is there an interest in this?

We already have at least 3 dark modes, including "Pyramid Fleet" which is intended to be an OLED-friendly theme. We will not add a pure-black theme as it eliminates essential distinction between elements in the UI.
