"tags" in Wishlist Notes are not Searchable

anything after the keyword "tags:" in wishlist notes are not searchable. example wishlist snipped...

these do not show up with the DIM item filter "wishlistnotes:god-pv"

my guess that the built-in "tags" (ie keep, favorite, etc) are somehow related. there doesn't appear to be any other search method for these fields in the wishlist.

hmm, I think it may have something to do with "god-pvp,pve", I do see items without a comma in the tags notation showing properly.

Correct, DIM does not support tags in wishlists

understood, not exactly what I was looking for. the above snippet example is from one of the major lists, a quick look through will give you many other examples of wishlist items with blank notes but a "tags:" line. wouldn't it make sense to be able to search for this text with "wishlistnotes:"? otherwise there's no way to filter for these items.

I've verified through tests that the line:

//notes: tags:god-pvp,pve

Correctly sets the notes for each line under it to " tags:god-pvp,pve". I've also tested that wishlistnotes:god-pv will search for the string "god-pv" inside the string " tags:god-pvp,pve". So the functionality is working as expected. My guess is you don't have any items that actually match those wish list lines (or, they match another line first, which means the later line is ignored).

Fel Taradiddle is the item in the snippet above, craftable and it's on 2801223209,16392701,3523746922,1551736345 right now but isn't showing for "wishlistnotes:god-pv' currently.

another line matching first is an interesting idea, looks like there is a short match it may be hitting first which is unfortunate...

When you go to that item and click the triage tab do you see the notes?

yes, the triage tab shows notes from the short hit.

perhaps this should be a feature request for the match order to be adjusted from most specific to least.

That's something the wishlist author can do by changing the order of wishlist lines.
