No support for unset

Currently typed-htmx does not seem to define "unset" as a valid value for htmx attributes. However it is a valid value that gets recognised by htmx. [See htmx.org](https://htmx.org/docs/#:~:text=could%20add%20an-,unset,-directive%20on%20it)
