Documentation updates

This issue is a place to discuss documentation updates.

I just "refactored" the documentation. I'm not sure I like it but it's probably better than the previous incarnation. Notable changes:

• Table of contents accompanying a refactoring of the documentation into sections.
• I added a new section called The Message Processor Lifecycle which is a different perspective than the "Simple Example" (formerly "Getting Started") and touches on ALL of the Dempsy features, some of which are not mentioned in the example, whether upcoming or outgoing.
• Section on the Overview page on what Dempsy is not.

Several documentation changes:

• Reorganized the User Guide a bit and updated the Table of contents.
• Added a section on Activation and Passivation

Added the page for Message Processor Pre-instantiation

I have been adding detailed sections on deployment. Of course, this is where the real power in the framework is. Take a look. The new section starts at https://github.com/Dempsy/Dempsy/wiki/DeploymentAndConfiguration Comments welcome.

The documentation needs to be updated to the new 0.9 features.
