New site problem on iOS 17.5.1

Hi,

I visited the site on my iPhone and see a 404
error embedded in the page. See screenshot.
iOS 18.5.1 and Safari browser.

Also, it seems a bug that one needs a Github account to report a site issue (The report-a-site-problem link leads to a Github login.)
