Remove usage of pickle from the software

We currently use Pickle for serialization of the API objects, Pickle can be exploited with serialization attacks, we need to change this serialization method to something more safe, like a JSON.

What if

saved_computer  = json.dumps(computer.__dict__)

then

json_computer = json.loads(saved_computer)
new_computer = Computer()
new_computer.__dict__  = json_computer

it seems at first the we would need a function that would iterate over the whole data_pack dict, and convert each object in it's dict representation, it is fine for the first step,

but the items in the data_pack aren't fixed, it may have more, less or even different objects,

meaning that reassembling the object from the dict would not be trivial because there is (afaik) no indicator in the dict (of an object) which object this dict actually represents.

Basically meaning that, if we have two dicts that look the same, we would not be able to be sure what object it is.

we would basically need to make a function that would take all objects, create their dict representations, than tag each with an Object Identifier, so it could be reversible without needing guessing games.
