Error checking and reporting when parsing ratio and harmonics in `harmonics.js`

There is a strong chance we will encounter unfamiliar/unexpected formats when we parse the ratio and harmonics cells.

If the cell contents do not match, insert a div with classname error into the cell, explaining what failed.
