How to create phytree.nwk

Should we prepare the phytree.nwk first to run a complete WGD?
If yes, how to prepare this file?

yes.
The species tree file in "*. nwk" format is required for input.
If it is a species that has been studied clearly, it can be built manually or downloaded from the database (such as Lifemap ncbi, Phytozome, etc.).
If it is an unclassified species, it is recommended to complete the prediction of species relationship through processes such as RAxML and generate the optimal species tree.
