Distributed cells are recalculated every time Bayes factor calculations are launched

Suggested solution:
If the distributed cells are missing from the analysis tree, calculate them and update the .rwa file before passing the control to the Bayes factor calculation.

This way, if other Bayes factor parameters are input, the distributed cells do not need to be recalculated. This issue may become important for calculation of large Bayes factor maps for many bins (several hours).
