Add a simple input choice dialog

An input combobox with a label and actions that include SEND and CANCEL.

This will add a new dialog response, SEND, to the enum.

Would you like to implement this feature? I am not sure yet how to proceed with options dialog. Any ideas?

Just drop a new issue of anything you would like to raise (feature, enhancement or a bug) that you would like to work on and let us see how it goes. Right now I am waiting for TestFX v4 release so I can rebuild the tests.

For contributing:

• All pull requests can be targeted via develop branch only.
