No Session at new User

Since 20.08.16 new created User on ILIAS can't connect to Adobe connect.
Users created after 20.08.2016 which klick on "Join Room" in ILIAS are not logged in by the api, the link returned form Adobe Connect is like this (Session Id is missing):

Users with old accounts in ILIAS created before 20.08.16 work fine and are getting this link:
https://xxxxxxxxx.adobeconnect.com/r9i4vdzew97/?session=em1breezxxm5imm64rrbh7u6
In case of an submitted Session Id, they can login by api.

This seems to be an API issue. Other users are included in the API response, new users are not included.
