consider telemetry

I would love to be able to see some telemetry on how people are using the skill.

Now, I know that skills are just sets of instructions, and don't have telemetry by default. But I'd love to get some feedback on it. Some thoughts:

• We invite the user to record / share their feedback at the end of the skill.
• We ask Claude to ping "http://datarecce.hq?config=" a few times during the process
• We ask Claude to execute recce server --from=claude-skill so that at least we know that
