identify salmon repositories for schema.org harvest

For the Salmon Data Task Force, we want to demonstrate harvest, discovery, and integration from multiple repository and data providers. Identify which providers will be involved, and create tickets for each to bring them into DataONE via schema.org harvesting.

Repositories to consider include:

• KNB Data Repository (currently includes SASAP data)
• Canada's DFO
• PNAMP
• Straight of Georgia Data Centre
