Where to go to get notifications or changes about template URLs?

Expected Behavior

Old template URLs should fail or redirect to working ones. Is there somewhere I can go or follow to get information about updates to CloudFormation deployment URLs?

Context: We use the URL in our Terraform for deploying the Datadog AWS integration to new accounts. This is the second time I have noticed failures due to the URL changing.

Actual Behavior

Old template URLs are available for deployment but fail in CloudFormation.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Use an old URL such as https://datadog-cloudformation-template.s3.amazonaws.com/aws/main_v2.yaml.
2. Deployment will fail.

Specifications

• Datadog CloudFormation template version: ??

Stacktrace

The DatadogIntegrationRoleStack sub-stack will fail with:

No transform named <account_id>::DatadogPolicy found.

any updates on this?

Experiencing the same issue.
And they seem to have mandated the above erroring macro which no documentation explains how we can import/use. 💢
