• Tested on multiple networks (different IPs) - same result
• The block happens immediately after entering email
• Suggests Cloudflare is blocking the CLI's user-agent or request headers
• This appears to be a server-side Cloudflare WAF rule issue, not a client configuration problem
• Already tried: logout/login, changing networks, waiting

CLI should be able to authenticate and communicate with Dashlane API
