Issue Summary:

Once you input your ability points and freebie points, if you detract said ability points, it refunds freebie points, even if you spend freebie points someplace else, while also not giving you your ability points back.

1. put in all of your freebie points and ability points.
2. take the ability dots out.
3. uh oh.

This needs to be looked at more - is it giving 5 freebie points when you subtract 1 ability point after allocating all your abilities? Because 1 ability point is worth 5 freebie points, same with attribute points, 1 attribute point is 2 freebie points
