Toreador Primogen spawns without his gun

Issue Summary:

Joined as Toreador primo, had a few loadout items including a wallet, and clothing for most slots. Checked my inventory, gun wasn't there. Didn't see it on the ground in spawn, either. Probably isn't an issue with loadout but mentioning it just in case.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Get a wallet, passport, watch, and a bunch of clothes loadout items
2. Join as Toreador Primogen
3. Check your bag
4. Notice you don't have a gun, but DO have the magazine.

While mentioning to Chaz the two bug reports I'd made already, they've asked if I can please mention as well that the Giovanni don't spawn with their tomes.
