Original mp3 files must be overwritten to convert them?

I want to reduce the size of 320kbps mp3s. I don't want to replace the original files. If I click on "no to all", the app does nothing? wtf?
I can't select output folder or adding a (1) to the filename?

Yeah, I think this is how it works.
If you just want bitrate change - copy your original files and run FlicFlac on them.
