what hci snoop protocol contains the preset data

I'm scanning my wireshark logs after snooping my soundcore device. is the protocol RFCOMM where it has the equalizer data? Thanks

Seems like R50i doesn't accept packets just right away using rfcomm packets from the hci log, there are times it just restarted either 1 of the earpieces but eq preset/mode did not change. So rfcomm packets starting from hex 08ee0000000 that I may have sent must be invalid.
