Refactor: Remove card name and description

Remove card name and description from backend domain model, and resolve card name and description using Cards Code from frontend.

I think this is the correct way to translate the name and description of card.

• Remove card name and description from diagrams.
• Remove name and description from backend (using card code instead name and description).
• Add text resolve system to frontend.
• Provide examples of languages files

NOTE: Do not Remove exceptions translation system from backend.
