[BUG] Thrown Draconic Twinsword doesn't deal damage

Describe the bug
Thrown Twinsword does no damage to anything. Tested it on an MmmMmmMmm dummy, but does no damage to the player either. I can throw it upwards and let it just sorta chill on my head in survival. Thorns damage from a stuck twinsword works fine. Other projectiles (including Talons) work fine.

To Reproduce

1. Launch sword at entity.
2. Repeat step 1 until it should be dead.
3. Notice that it is not.
