Although I know most aren't bothered by these details or save folder management, I find the folder structure a little too limiting for my preferences. For example, I may have copies of Mario Kart, NSMB, Kirby, and asphalt on my device. I would have to choose if they were just racing, or just Mario. This gets annoying with larger libraries.
I would love a system that allows on-device user defined tags, like the Switch's "folder" system. This would allow one large, potentially folder-less library to be quickly sorted through by what you want at the moment. Tag colors would also be great. Might have to limit this to dsi/3ds menus to start, I have no clue how complex new ui elements are, especially with existing theming engines.
