Empty systems 'Lohm Tahr' and 'Lila Mon' created at 0, 0

This plugin appears to add two empty systems - not uninhabited, but simply containing no stars or planets - at 0, 0 on the starmap (or some nearby coordinate). These cannot be selected in the map, but are used as routes when travelling from Misam to Sheratan (Lohm Tahr) or Sheratan to Misam (Lila Mon).
