Description
A command to get details on jobs, especially those failing to start on in error.
For example, getting TQ number for a waiting job and statistics on pilots compatible with this TQ.
Would it be possible to help to diagnose some common but difficult to analyse errors (e.g. outputdata already exists -> failure)?
