fix member names in page title

Currently, some member names show up as or <DONE: add your name here>, or even with the wrong name in the title! We should fix this.

(We are also missing some members/need to move members to the alumni page).

Think I know what this is- I don't think people are replacing all of the placeholders and following the README closely. Possibly because there are two places people should be looking. I recommend folks look at what another person did and just swap out their info for yours; otherwise for the deets see #148
