Thank you for your interest in contributing to MoltGrid ("the Project"), owned by Donovan Santine ("the Owner"). This Contributor License Agreement ("Agreement") documents the rights granted by contributors to the Owner.
"Contribution" means any original work of authorship, including modifications or additions to an existing work, submitted to the Project for inclusion.
"Submit" means any form of communication sent to the Project, including pull requests, issues, comments, and patches.
You hereby grant the Owner a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute your Contributions and derivative works.
You hereby grant the Owner a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer your Contributions, where such license applies only to patent claims licensable by you that are necessarily infringed by your Contribution alone or in combination with the Project.
You represent that:
- You are legally entitled to grant the above licenses.
- Each Contribution is your original creation, or you have sufficient rights to submit it under this Agreement.
- Your Contribution does not violate any third-party rights.
The Owner is not obligated to use or include any Contribution. The decision to accept or reject Contributions is at the Owner's sole discretion.
By submitting a Contribution (via pull request or other means) and commenting "I have read the CLA Document and I hereby sign the CLA" on your pull request, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
