Add calls to bridge that exists on different asterisk Nodes.

1. Need an example to add calls to bridge that exists on separate asterisk nodes. We are using ari-proxy to connect multiple asterisk with single ari app. Calls are landing from multiple asterisks on ARI App but i am unable to bridge these calls.
