MIDI support doesn't work properly on Linux

When trying to use the MIDI input device component on Linux it sends one MIDI event but then stops working. I don't know if the library is busted or something else.

Okay so I have figured out that the library does work but it sends the messages in a different way than on Windows. It uses Running Status which is an optimization to send fewer bytes per message. This will need to be handled. Also the timestamps for the messages are always zero for some reason.
