Add UMAP visualization of community taxonomic embedding space

- Symlink KG-Microbe embeddings (200D DeepWalk from taxa-media graph)
- Generate 2D UMAP projection for 74 communities
- Interactive scatterplot visualization at docs/community_umap.html
