Simplify Homes when multiple-homes: false #8

Currently for homes, it requires the name of the home when using
/home <name>. However, whenmultiple-homes: falsenone of this functionality is needed as no homes have player defined names.Instead of
/home <name>, use/home <player>whenmultiple-homes: false. This simplifies it a lot, and makes more sense.
