well of course we can't make keyboard shorcuts, but we could make /undo and /redo.
And people with makro-keyboards, will have the problem solved.
In creative mode /undo will just remove the last block you placed and /redo just place it again.
In Survival mode /undo will remove it and put the corresponding block in your inventory. /redo, will remove the block from inventory and place it on the ground.
