Import from Nottaly

It would be great to be able to import the data from Nottally (https://github.com/OmGodse/Notally )to Nottallyx.

Hey, actually you were able to import from the original Notally directly via "Import backup".
But a bug was introduced which made the Notally backup format incompatible.
#978 will fix this for the upcoming v7.11.0.

I also added a hint to the "Import from other Apps" dialog that "Import backup" can be used for Notally import.
